Service Usage Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the TrakingTransfers service, you accept these terms and conditions in full. We recommend reading carefully before making a booking.

2. Transport Service

The service includes luggage collection and delivery between accommodation on the Rota Vicentina. Collection is in the morning (8:00-10:00 AM) and delivery by end of day (by 6:00 PM).

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Free cancellations up to 48 hours before. Between 48-24 hours: 50% fee. Less than 24 hours: non-refundable.

4. Liability

The company is responsible for luggage during transport between accommodations. We are not responsible for exceptional value items, documents, objects hanging on the exterior of luggage, or fragile objects.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not transport: perishable products, dangerous substances, weapons, drugs, significant amounts of cash, high-value jewellery or important documents (passports, etc.).

6. Service Changes

We reserve the right to change schedules in case of exceptional circumstances (adverse weather, strikes, etc.). Whenever possible, we will give advance notice.

7. Data Protection

Personal data collected is used exclusively for service provision. We do not share data with third parties except when necessary to carry out the transport.
